Which countries do you ship to?


Customers whose country is not displayed in the checkout form are can contact us to discuss and arrange the shipping.

What’s the minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order amount. Our customers can order as little as one item per purchase.

Delivery to the UK is always free of charge irrespective of the total value; delivery worldwide is also free of charge above a certain order value.

Purchasing more items together is obviously better value for money as the shipping cost (where relevant) is applied only once, regardless the number of items ordered.

How long does a shipping within the UK take?

We normally take around 1-2 working days to dispatch an order. For deliveries to the UK please allow between 2 to 5 working days from purchase. Delivery times to European Union countries may vary depending on couriers and other factors but normally we expect an order to be delivered within 10 working days from purchase.

How long does a shipping to the European Union normally take?

Delivery times to European Union countries may vary depending on a number of factors however based on our experience we estimate the items should be with you within 10 working days from purchase, on average.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do accept returns of unopened unused items in their original package.

We can't accept returns of opened and used products for hygiene reasons.

Items must be returned within 21 days of dispatch.

How long will it take to process a return?

Returns are usually processed within a few days of receiving the goods back. Refunds can take up to 1 week to show on your account; this is due to the time taken by some banks to process the payment. We will refund you by the same payment method used to make the original order (e.g. if you have paid by PayPal, we will reimburse your PayPal account).

Who does pay for the return of a product?

We do not offer a free returns service at the moment. We recommend that you post any returns to us using a method that allows you to track the delivery or alternatively obtain a 'Certificate of Posting', as we cannot be held responsible for any items without proof of posting.

I would like to resell your product within my physical shop. Is it possible?

Yes. We are happy to support resellers with a good reputation who may want to resell our products to their regular customers. Please contact us for more information on prices and minimum quantity for bulk orders.

Can I get an allergic reaction?

All our products have been dermatologically tested on sensitive skin. Although allergic reactions to our products are very rare indeed we recommend that if you are using the ARLENE range for the first time you test it in the crease of your elbow or just behind the ear before applying to the face.
If you think you have suffered from an allergic reaction, please stop using the product and contact your doctor as it is possible to be allergic to pretty much anything including essential oils and other natural ingredients.

What if I have an allergic reaction to a product?

Very occasionally people have reactions to certain products they haven't used before. Please read our ingredients listing which can be found on the label of our products and in the product descriptions of our online store.

In all cases we recommend you visit your doctor in the first instance. Please also contact us if you do have a reaction to any product so we can advise the manufactures of the symptoms and problems occurred.
